      Hi Jackie! Infusions are definitely a different, stronger flavor than making a quick tea… but they are tasty! Especially oatstraw- it has a sweet flavor much like honey. I have found that when I’m drinking them several times a week, my body craves them. I would start with oatstraw, and then try nettle next as a good one to introduce more of a strong, “green” flavor. Susun Weed says to flavor your nettle infusions with salt instead of something sweet- it’s going to be a different experience than anything you’ve probably tried, but once you get into it, they’re quite delicious! (That said, I’m still not quite used to the pungency of red raspberry leaf infusions!)
